tech remotely partitioned drive 2 days ago, took hours.  told me when finished him when could. there way assure service plan purchased tech?  got him way of chat , have waited 3 hours , chat word still showing dashed lines around on bad computer , not sure if many waiting or what. suggestions of how tech finish reinstalling windows 10 professional appreciated.
