ipv6 isn't working on my desktop. - Microsoft Community

ipv6 isn't working on desktop.  can see ipconfig shows ipv4 connection.  see because can't set homegroup.  have 4 computers in house.  2 connect wired connection.  2 connect wireless.  1 of wired connections fails establish ipv6 connection.  suggests there no problem router.  troubleshooters homegroup , network detect no problems.

i did research , found article claimed uninstalling third party firewall solved problem.  article on 1 of server sites , running straight windows 10 home on machines.  article didn't specify third party firewall fellow had uninstall.  running latest norton security (or symantec security nowadays?).  can norton blocking ipv6?  find hard believe.

any suggestions?
