Having to log in twice to access the Internet - Microsoft Community

i on phone/computer extensively today india tech. support trying fix following issue arose after m.s. update on 10/28/17.

1.  have log in twice, first login doesn't take.

2.  printer sabotaged , had re-install yesterday.

3.  task bar not remain un-hidden.

we (the tech & i) thought having log-in twice internet home screen fixed.  tried log in evening , it's back

again.  have log in twice.

apparently update adobe

is there fix issue update caused?  have noted others having issue well.

please help.

it update installed corrupted or damaged. assist properly, kindly respond questions below:

  1. which update installed? kindly go settings > update & security > windows update, click update history.
  2. which version of windows 10 installed on device? 1709? kindly check settings > system > about, check version.
  3. can tell more , technician have done? know , avoid duplication of efforts on end.
