Change account for Sync Settings - Microsoft Community

i have work laptop 2 accounts, work account , personal account. syncing settings (e.g. edge settings) personal laptop where using personal account. problem work laptop syncing settings work account and cannot find way switch personal account.

  • is pc/laptop connected domain network?
  • was there error message when tried signing in personal account? if so, can please specify?
  • were able connect personal account before using same device?
