want able use catalyst control center in windows 10. amd radeon settings , not have basic. need switch monitors. ccc available on desktop computers. not used switch monitors anyway. right click on desktop , select display settings multiple monitors setting. hi reinstalled windows 10 , noticed 2 issues in device manager under other devices, both called base system  device , both highlighted question mark , yellow triangle thing, i've got hardware ids haven't clue next, put them in pcidatebase.com , still haven't clue. first base system device hardware id - ven 14e4 dev 16bf second base system device hardware id - ven 14e4 dev 16be  like said put both in pcidatabase.com, gave me details both haven't clue next, appreciated. lee    also i've been on acer.com, typed laptop name in acer aspire e1-571 doesn't give me option windows 10 drivers, options goes windows 8.1. lee Windows / Windows 10 / Devices & drivers / PC

need download dive computer new windows 10 home computer.  the irda showing on screen refuses read computer.  what's going on?  i believe windows 10 problem.  i able download fine on windows 7 computer. did , checked suggested.   didn't suggest installing updates windows 10 includes irda stack.   after spent hours researching everybody's comments online found technical sheet told me current updates windows 10 included irda stack.   after did update , restarted computer infrared worked fine.   hope helps dive computer users in future because lot of people frustrated problem.  it's important able download our dive computers , bring them on dive trips dive shops require log determine skill level.  by way, have aladdin prime computer irda reader got scubapro.   scubapro, when contacted them, did not know answer question. i have upgraded windows 10 time ago , im not sure when problem started, before or after upgrade. have searched of answers others have had problem, dont work me.   i tried commercial movie plays on other players , other dvd written on device , seems think dvd blank asking me "how want use disk?" in pop-up window called "burn disk". reads cds ok. tried downloading vlc player , same thing dvds. have deleted driver in devices , allowed computer reinstall it. have paid new driver update program hoped provide different driver- didnt. can 1 help?  i tried commercial movie plays on other players , other dvd written on device  is "other dvd" movie dvd or data dvd? dvd , blue ray burners keep going missing. i've deleted upper , lower filters showed again. have solution problem. hello, fix missing dvd drive issue, see if theee steps helps you: 1. open command prompt administrative privileges. 2. type following command , hit enter key: reg.exe add “hklm\system\currentcontrolset\services\atapi\controller0” /f /v enumdevice1 /t reg_dword /d 0x00000001 3. close command prompt. let know if helps! i use pin instead of password unlock screen, use have sign in option icon. reason, unable it on screen,  the screen is locked , ask password. since, have not used password in long don't remember is. know pin. thing appears on screen password, , in lower right corner power/restart button, internet available , ease of access; show narrator, magnifier, on-screen keyboard, high contrast (says off),  sticky keys (says off), , filter keys (says off). not sure if should off or on? it mouse pad not working let me right click? thanks, help. tonya i had changed filter keys off. changed on. icon appeared on home screen. thanks, responding. all again. tonya Windows / Windows 10 / Windows Hello, lock screen & sign-in
