MY CD/dvd player will only play CDS - Microsoft Community

i have upgraded windows 10 time ago , im not sure when problem started, before or after upgrade. have searched of answers others have had problem, dont work me. 

 i tried commercial movie plays on other players , other dvd written on device , seems think dvd blank asking me "how want use disk?" in pop-up window called "burn disk". reads cds ok. tried downloading vlc player , same thing dvds. have deleted driver in devices , allowed computer reinstall it. have paid new driver update program hoped provide different driver- didnt.

can 1 help?

is "other dvd" movie dvd or data dvd?

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community

have simple wireless mouse , has worked fine in past sudden freezes when ever move it working fije second after stops in place , moves , , fustrating have deleted device manager deleted drivers rolled previous driver , removed settings , still lags , stops in place fix's? hi david, since you've reinstalled , rolled mouse driver, possible sensor of mouse broken. have tried using mouse on other pcs no problem? we'll looking forward reply. regards.
