Base System Device Updates issue - Microsoft Community

hi reinstalled windows 10 , noticed 2 issues in device manager under other devices, both called base system  device , both highlighted question mark , yellow triangle thing, i've got hardware ids haven't clue next, put them in pcidatebase.com , still haven't clue.

first base system device hardware id - ven 14e4 dev 16bf

second base system device hardware id - ven 14e4 dev 16be 

like said put both in pcidatabase.com, gave me details both haven't clue next, appreciated.

also i've been on acer.com, typed laptop name in acer aspire e1-571 doesn't give me option windows 10 drivers, options goes windows 8.1.

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community

have simple wireless mouse , has worked fine in past sudden freezes when ever move it working fije second after stops in place , moves , , fustrating have deleted device manager deleted drivers rolled previous driver , removed settings , still lags , stops in place fix's? hi david, since you've reinstalled , rolled mouse driver, possible sensor of mouse broken. have tried using mouse on other pcs no problem? we'll looking forward reply. regards.
