dvd , blue ray burners keep going missing. i've deleted upper , lower filters showed again. have solution problem.

fix missing dvd drive issue, see if theee steps helps you:

1. open command prompt administrative privileges.

2. type following command , hit enter key:

reg.exe add “hklm\system\currentcontrolset\services\atapi\controller0” /f /v enumdevice1 /t reg_dword /d 0x00000001

3. close command prompt.
