this 2 days back. after 2 whole days of updating drivers, checking virus , following 5-6 different fixes found on site, couldn't fix issue. can, however, use internet through ethernet cable.

my drivers updated. no issue hardware too. downloaded wifi monitor software check hardware , seems show wifi networks around me including mine.

another thing noticed way access networking options apart settings app through notifications center using toggle buttons. sadly menu has no wifi networks in it. interesting note screenshot below windows seem ethernet has "no internet" when can access internet through ethernet cable.in fact, i'm using same laptop type lengthy question.

after confirming software issue decided install latest cumulative update (that supposed download earlier) in hopes of fixing issue. brings our second issue.

issue 2

when try downloading update error.

also when update downloading settings app started crashing repeatedly. settings app crashing in other sections. opens 2-3 seconds doesnt respond second , closes on own.

issue 3

issue 4

on different note, found new issue started week ago. cannot use right-click menu on taskbar. when right-click on program's icon ( ex. google chrome) no menu shows up. not major issue still love see solved.

hi,

since having multiple issues, let's try resolve 1 @ time.

issue 1: wi-fi settings

follow steps provided in article resolve network connection issues.

issue 2: windows update won't download

after resolving network issues, try downloading windows updates again. since received error 0x800f081f, can run sfc , dism scan scan , repair corrupted system files might have caused issue.

issue 3: can't restore windows

as one, we'd confirm if have d drive use system restore.

issue 4: right-click not working

if right-clicking on taskbar not working, try creating new user account, login using , check if can right-click on taskbar using new account can isolate cause of issue.

if comes up, don't hesitate anytime.
