Enable domain logon within Server 2016 using fingerprints on Win 10 OS - Microsoft Community

we have user lenovo t470 laptop running windows 10 64-bit os. laptop has been added server 2016 domain controller.

when try entroll user's fingerprints while user logged onto computer active directory domain account option grayed out.

so followed instructions found @ website https://www.ceos3c.com/2017/07/21/enable-fingerprint-login-gpo-windows-server-2016/.

however when try go "sign-in options" "fingerprint" section has disappeared , there no other ways (either within control panel) or through applications on computer enroll user's fingerprints.

i'm thinking there need other options modified within group policy. have googled topic several times haven't yet found suggestions on else needs done fix issue.

we must make windows 10 users can logon server 2016 active directory accounts using fingerprints.

the information lenovo t470 laptop found in second screenshot "laptop info"

how can done?

please let me know if further information needed.

windows 10 sign-in options:

this "sign-in options" screen looks have implemented domain wide group policy mentioned in  https://www.ceos3c.com/2017/07/21/enable-fingerprint-login-gpo-windows-server-2016/ website.
