i purchased lenovo flex 5 2 weeks ago. it's pretty awesome machine. after initial set , update on first day of use, touch screen has not worked since then. had lenovo tech take control , uninstall , reinstall driver. didn't work. updated bios. still nothing. i'm thinking problem latest windows 10 update , driver screen.  when checked "about device", says no pen or touch input available screen. using tablet useless. any ideas? can't return b&h because don't refund on laptops. , i'm loving laptop. want functioning 100%. else ever solve problem? or @ microsoft know this? thanks guys. lh hi lucky, one of possible reasons why touch screen not working due outdated driver. resolve issue kindly follow these steps. open device manager. navigate option human interface devices . then expand hid-compliant touch screen or hid-compliant device . in last update, windows 10 home got mobile hotspot challenge works wifi. not compatible modem. how make other moblie devices have access data using modem on pc? hi joshua, the hotspot on computer should work fine long there's no conflict how computer connected modem. computer connected modem via ethernet cord, or wireless connection? we're looking forward response. i can't find way open dvd drive , i've tried folder find dvd settings , still can't find it. please help. i'm using lenovo ideapad 300 way. there small pin hole on dvd cover tray. @ side of dvd/cd player on laptop, grab paperclip , straighten out, gently insert paperclip whole , push until tray ejects. might have disc stuck in tray. hope helps.
