had update windows 10 , cannot use mouse wheel scroll. thing made work 2 seconds remove device , reboot. have hp 110 desktop. mouse came it. nothing wrong until update 9 hours ago. suggestions??

windows 10 update may have caused conflict mouse. once updated windows 10, there may components needs update mouse driver. concern, suggest update mouse driver performing troubleshooting steps on article.
