i switched old computer running windows 7 1 running windows 10 i have printer hard-lined of cpu. downloaded new drivers (x64) canon website there nothing run. please help? hi cody, printers come installer install program run it. we'd clarify following find what's missing: are drivers printer compatible version of windows have? after downloading drivers printer, did install application printer , updated it? are getting error messages? have checked if printer's cable connected , not loose? in addition this, did try connect different port? not used windows since w7, been using mac years now. i attached toshiba hdd usb, heard little dingle couldn't see device. checked device manager , hdd there. drivers date. removed device re added restarted machine. still no visibility of hdd. went partition drive , see toshiba hdd. so how "enter" hdd , files back? any clues? mush appreciated ! al ***post moved moderator appropriate forum category.*** can see hdd in disk management? press win-key + x bring menu can access it. if hdd shows there without volume letter, try assigning one. hi, have hp envy laptop. working fine until there appeared large microsoft update couple of days ago. since windows hello facial recognition @ logon has stopped working. before red lights @ top of screen next camera come on. don't come on , after short period of time @ logon message saying can't turn on camera, please use pin. if go settings reset facial recognition. starts, asks pin , comes message, can't start camera. i contacted microsoft engineer via chat, took on laptop , run diagnostic tools, rebooted laptop. did not fix issue , session disconnected. thought try way see if else has same issue.    hello andrew, we'd more information regarding further check , provide more established workaround. confirm current build windows 10 running, information vital proceed investigation.
