it there application in system blocking sign-in screen appearing, or component within windows may have been damaged or corrupted, etc. isolate issue in signing in windows 10, kindly respond questions below:

  1. when did issue start occur?
  2. have made significant changes device prior issue?
  3. have tried restarting device , attempt sign in again?
