not used windows since w7, been using mac years now.

i attached toshiba hdd usb, heard little dingle couldn't see device. checked device manager , hdd there. drivers date. removed device re added restarted machine. still no visibility of hdd.

went partition drive , see toshiba hdd.

so how "enter" hdd , files back?

any clues? mush appreciated !

can see hdd in disk management? press win-key + x bring menu can access it.

if hdd shows there without volume letter, try assigning one.

have simple wireless mouse , has worked fine in past sudden freezes when ever move it working fije second after stops in place , moves , , fustrating have deleted device manager deleted drivers rolled previous driver , removed settings , still lags , stops in place fix's? hi david, since you've reinstalled , rolled mouse driver, possible sensor of mouse broken. have tried using mouse on other pcs no problem? we'll looking forward reply. regards.
