Windows could not automatically detect this network's proxy - Microsoft Community

wi-fi connection not work. writes there no internet access. when click on "troubleshoot problems" button, receive message: "windows not automatically detect network's proxy settings ".
tried fix commands :
 netsh winsock reset
netsh int ipv4 reset
didn't me. need fix problem?
