windows 10, v 1703 on desktop pc , laptop. both have same microsoft account. laptop sync options not active , have red message "some windows features available if using microsoft account or work account." have microsoft account , both pc , laptop show when logged microsoft account. cannot find way make sync active. seemed happen after install of version 1703 on laptop. settings sync'd prior that.

if have pending updates yet complete , install on both pcs, make sure both pcs run on latest version , build windows 10. check if issue persists.
