USB type-C earphones on Windows 10 not working - Microsoft Community

hello,

i using asus gl502vs laptop, , has pre-installed windows 10, , includes usb type-c port. several days ago, bought phone usb type-c earphones, , thought try them out on laptop since laptop has usb-c. turns out earphones aren't functioning on laptop.

it not recognize earphones playback device. thinking earphones should function on laptop since both usb type-c.

one of possible reasons why experiencing issues using usb type-c earphones due incompatible driver. provide better assistance, need answer following questions:

  • what make , model of earphones?
  • are experiencing same issue when using other windows 10 devices?
