on 3/12/17 started getting recurring issues blue screen , error stop code: driver power state failure - while watching netflix. searched internet answer , have tried suggestions of uninstalling updates 3/12/17 , 2/12/17. a) not able uninstall of them, , b) hasn't fixed problem... what?

corrupted or damaged driver 1 of possible reasons why issue happening. resolve blue screen errors, recommend following suggested steps in article.

if issue still persists, try uninstalling drivers on computer. follow steps below:

  1. open device manager.
  2. double-click network adapters and/or display adapters.
  3. right-click driver, click properties.
  4. go driver tab.
  5. click uninstall.
  6. restart your computer.
