Network Adapter Code 10 - Microsoft Community


hello!

i got fall creators update, , after installing , rebooting, network adapter, archer t9e, stopped working. have tried uninstalling device manager, , reinstalling absolute updated drivers can find, has not worked. when find device in device manager, "this device cannot start. {code 10}" error. info or tips on how fix issue appreciated.

check newer driver on pc or display adapter support downloads webpage. while there check if there other newer drivers update. can take time until updated.

there known issue of incorrect drivers being pushed windows update requires rolling driver. right click start open device manager, choose display device, driver tab, roll back.

if there no roll or doesn't choose update driver on device driver tab, browse computer, let me pick see list of installed drivers, work backwards trying each find 1 works.

if necessary can go settings>update & security>windows update driver under installed updates , uninstall form link there. can hide driver isn't pushed again using hide updates tool downloaded here: http://download.microsoft.com/download/f/2/2/f2...

if none of work try system restore point before problem began: http://home.bt.com/tech-gadgets/computing/how-t.... make sure system restore enabled c plenty of disk space apportioned (5-10%) in configuration settings.

last resort i'd install media creation tool , choose upgrade repair install, advance latest version (which need anyway) if necessry, stable method: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/m...
