this reads in event viewer -

931 gb western digital wdc ata device

465 gb toshiba external usb3 device

i seeing many customers facing same issue , looks amd update has screwed things. here dumps say:

buslg_obs_err_*_notimeout_err

it means there bus error observed processor.

a customer resolved turning off fast startup.
