my all-in-one officejet 4500 gn510n-z  printer not copy, fax, or scan. thought had reply on e, message compatibility asst. said cant run on pc, updated app might available. i'm using windows 10 platform. so, i'm trying chrome browser in search of scan doctor. don't know if should have stayed on ie. need help.
