Windows 10 Login Error 0x80090022 - Microsoft Community

hello! 

i updated laptop (hp envy 10) , after tried login fingerprint, windows asks pin input. after entering correct pin, comes out error screen saying "something went wrong (error code: 0x80090022). restart see if problem fixed." after trying several times, still doesn't accept pin or fingerprint. how go solving this? have access microsoft account doesn't work laptop password leads me believe account local account unless it's windows issue. how regain access laptop? 

i'm locked out of laptop no way solve issue. 

how solve this?

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
