Logitech H130 Headphones audio works, but mic does not - Microsoft Community

have tried of jacks in computer. (using windows 10) mic not work in single one. headphones have, have 2 plugs; 1 mic jack , 1 headphone jack. headphone slot works fine, , pretty sure jack not issue.  when right-click on volume button, , go playback devices, mic not show. driver up-to-date well. worked, stopped, started, then stopped working. please help.

have looked in device manager @ audio input , output

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
