i have dell laptop using windows 10 home version 1703, intel celeron 1.60ghz 2.00 gb, 64 bit operating system 10 touch points.

  1. i have bought device through amazon around 2 or 3 months ago.  since have owned have had nothing issues, speed.
    • was said able play games
    • keeps telling me update games
    • takes insane time load game, have yet play game
    • have tried playing games installed on device
    • its taking 30 minutes type up!!!!!!!!

** understand not meant powerful device, can more on phone 3 years old!  can proper abilities please help. use remote acess feture figure out why device/laptop fu@#%ng slow!!

*** realize not top of line device, no excuse not being able browse internet out waiting thumb ma bum. please help!

is second hand machine?

did try factory restore in order make "as new"?

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
