Xbox Gaming Bar on Windows 10 cannot record clips even with Hardware - Microsoft Community

using dell laptop nvidia geforce gtx 1050 ti, updated drivers & latest version of xbox app, gaming bar still refuse record clips saying "sorry, pc doesn't meet hardware requirement record clips."

there anyways solve problem? since graphic card more capable of recording clips , drivers updated, have no idea why application still refuses record.
