i dont know why windows keep using internet data cant using, have deferred windows update though data used everyday , cant use 10mb of it.

and story of everyday. kindly tell me shall do.

when think internet slow, gather screenshot of resource monitor.

start>all apps>windows admin tools>resource monitor>network tab.

gather screenshot using snipping tool , upload using 2nd button right in editor.
