recently installed windows 10 , can not search files in windows explorer. ideas?

open start > settings > update & security > troubleshoot > scroll down search , indexing
select click run troubleshooter

when complete, restart check if working again.

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
