Strange, a few keys are not working properly after upgrading Latest - Microsoft Community

it strange. laptop lifebook t580 after instalation win 10 (15603). there following problems:

1. few keyboard keys not working (namely: keys - 5, r, t, s, c,v). first thought keyboard problem. cleaned , cleaned, not working, have use on board keyboard (touch screen). these keys working again. in cases, not working. there no specific drivers vender windows 10. @ device manager, devices drivers installed. there 1 device (code 28) not recognized win 10. use driver wizard (qudong jingling) detect , install/upgrade. drivers ok now. shall keys normal?

2. after installation, led screen dark, brightness not adjustable. search internet , found @ divice manager, need disable monitor , re-start again, led screen can normal. there wrong intel display driver or win 10's driver?

3. digital pen driver installed, pen not working, worked windows 8.1

is lifebook t580 not suitable win 10? please help.

in searching model number on fujitsu website found data sheet that shows laptop compatible windows 7 , windows xp.

also fujitsu website, here list of lifebook models can upgraded windows 10. unfortunately, t580 not on list.

the same web page has notice: "if system not listed below, windows 10 not supported on model due lack of required drivers/firmware key component suppliers. if customers choose install windows 10 on own, there no guarantee features supported."

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
