"Windows Security" and "Enter Network Credentials" Pop - Microsoft Community

hello!

hopefully 1 can me major problem.  i have tried of recommended fixes find - here , through google. none of them have worked. 

my problem this:

i , have been running windows 10 pro 64 bit os no problems, of time last week... can not connect devices on home network. 

when try connect wd mycloud ex2 nas or other computer on home network including macbook pro , imac - i shown grey box above has "access denied" in red letters @ bottom  - box appears!

so - denied access before can put username/password it!  and there no username/password combo work!

and...

i know windows problem, because can still connect on network using either of macs - instantly.

important!!

i want file grievance microsoft concerning automatic phone system, , techs spoke yesterday 7/27/17.  

they disconnected call 7 - yes 7 times between 1:00 , 3:00 pm!  

i polite in face of fiasco, , asked agents not disconnect me when transferring me.  

i hung on:

3 times automated "help" phone prompts

and disconnected:

4 times tech agents, find unprofessional , plain wrong.

i expect better microsoft , curious given reason this.  i used run few tech support centers , there inevitably @ least 1 new person disconnected user - because didn't know answer problem.  i wondering if microsoft's way of dealing debacle??  i hope not, hear them.

based on screenshot provide. security log-in refers network access storage drive. error message states windows cannot log-in in storage drive. external storage drive. suggest contact manufacturer check network access storage , ask them right access or password screenshot.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
