can't file explorer open. help!!!! anybody have ideas?

if using ssd or hybrid hard drive sure has latest firmware.
try clean boot method see if startup program involved - if
process of elimination :
right click start button - command prompt (admin) - @ prompt type in
msconfig
, hit enter
