[HELP] Static Screen when updating drivers - Microsoft Community

okay im new community here thank patience.

my windows 10 laptop (dell inspiron 15 7000) has been working fine couple of months now. last week went support assist , updated couple of drivers recommended. there 2 drivers updated, not sure think 1 network driver. since driver update, every time wake computer sleep, there static screen. there no keyboard response , mouse doesn't anything. have been forced hard restart each time computer working again. far have run full windows diagnostic scan , windows defender scan. nothing irregular has shown up. have gone through every driver through device manager update each driver, incase driver update issue , bugfix made, yet problem persists. 

  1. is there anyway can have log of drivers , when last updated in order backtrack , rollback problem?
  2. if problem not driver, is?

this wake-up-from-sleep static screen issue annoying , don't want more hard restarts. appreciated. thanks

below static screen upon click on power button wake computer sleep mode. square static in middle represents mouse can moved no response still.

i guess it's video driver updated. can go device manager , roll driver. can use system restore restore whole device point before problem started.

type system restore in windows search , select top result. select system restore , next , @ restore point dates. may have select show more restore points.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
