Elevated Command prompt option replaced by Powershell - Microsoft Community

hi all,

i aware that, have option revert command prompt using option the settings>taskbar> 

replace command prompt windows poweshell in menu when right click start button

my question different, when try open elevated command prompt in windows explorer - still shows powershell option only. 

i attach screenshot of it. kindly advice , guide step step how change same command prompt. 

p.s : have changed powershell option command prompt in win+x menu - did not helped
