BSoD - IRQL not less or equal - minidump - Microsoft Community

i'll start off saying i've made things worse. computer no longer has access internet.. i've lost network icon in safe mode since i've started. *sigh* unfortunately, after 24 hours, i'm admitting have no idea i'm doing.

i'm not sure triggered error, doing quit bit @ once.. tends happen ocd/adhd. updated outdated drivers iobit driver booster, uninstalled around 20 programs deep clean , checked windows insider updates. when restarted, got error. obviously, computer didn't fix self, tried.. tried recover previous save point, errored out , said couldn't do. however, when booted in safe mode, of software removed bad. tried fix computer bootable windows usb. tried go previous version of windows... failed. so, in safe mode, opened device manager , noticed dozen ! errors. uninstalled of them, including nvidea laptop. there still generic pnp monitor , intel display audio shown errors when i've given since i've been doing more harm good. @ least had safe mode network , don't have that. i'd rather not have fresh install if it's option understand. i'm posting here to learn mistakes.

the irql not less or equal blue screen error occurs due driver issues. can caused insufficient system resources, corrupted system files, , software conflicts. for investigate issue, please clarify following:

  • what make , model of device?
  • did make changes prior issue?
  • which build , version of windows 10 using? check it, follow steps on link.
  • can upload mini dump file onedrive , share again link on thread? since shown on link you've provided it's no longer available.

meanwhile, suggest way troubleshoot issue , it's performing in-place upgrade. it's process of installing windows 10 without removing current windows version installed on computer. perform in-place upgrade, suggest performing steps provided andre da costa on link. able repair corrupted system files while preserving personal files, settings, , installed applications.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
