Wireless adapters missing in Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

2 months ago started having issues wireless adapters (bluetooth , wifi) in windows 10.

the problem adapters stop being recognized windows , disappear device manager. when check flight mode status there message saying "we couldn't find wireless devices on pc". i've tried bunch of solutions found in forums , indeed of them worked, while, , after couple of days wireless devices gone again , last solutions had worked last time weirdly don't solve problem time.

i have pc (acer aspire v nitro vn7-791g) since end of 2015 , issue started 2 months ago, coincidentally or not when started working in company need use cabled network. it's worth cabled connection working fine.

if has clue causing problem , possible solution great!

lucas,

i think best bet go acer support website , download latest drivers wifi-bt card.

you try searching wifi-bt card in microsoft update catalog service.  might or might not same driver version acer provide.

it possible older drivers have become incompatible latest windows updates.
