My tablet with updated Windows 10 tries to recognize USB C charger as - Microsoft Community

hi, 

i have bought new tablet windows 10, , i'm having several problems charging battery. don't know if windows 10 problem, or tablet itself, faulty.

before upgrading windows 10, sometimes, when connected charger (it can charged via usb type c) windows tried install something, , failed, stating device not installed. think because tried quick-charge smartphone.

but tried normal charger, , connection unstable, keeps connecting , disconnecting time, few seconds loading, few seconds disconnected, few seconds loading (you can see in battery icon too)... don't messages before saying usb drivers not installed...

i think happens whenever try plug , charge once windows 10 started; have try plug before starting it.

why happening? think windows 10 trying usb should not doing? or tablet?

i have tested bit more , found:

-it seems way tablet stop connecting , disconnecting charging process, plug charger usb c before starting tablet , windows. not work always, i'm lucky , charges without disconnection...

-once when starting tablet, took long , got blue screen, , got message had failed: driver power state failure

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
