Windows 10 Will Not Connect to Bluetooth Headphones - Microsoft Community


i'm trying connect bose quietcomfort 35 when try add new bluetooth device error "couldn't connect. try connecting again." 

so far have tried:

1) updating , reinstalling bluetooth drives

2) updating bose headphone drivers

3) enabling "allow bluetooth devices find pc"

4) enabling , restarting bluetooth support service , bluetooth handsfree service

5) going device , printers, adding new device, selecting bose quietcomfort 35

6) running troubleshooter both bluetooth , hardware , devices

nothing far nothing has worked. there solution i've missed?

make , mode of computer?

version of windows 10 installed?
