two days ago, noticed usb ports not working more, , did restore point , chose last one; created week ago. after usb ports worked fine few hours, , got blue screen. shutdown laptop , restart windows, , found usb ports not working again, , touch screen not working well. today got blue screen again. don't know do?

please me in matter?

  1. the tool walk through how set windows 10 on pc.
    • if don’t have license install windows 10 , have not upgraded windows 10, can purchase copy of windows 10, see https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/get-windows-10.
    • if upgraded windows 10 on pc , you’re reinstalling it, don’t need enter product key. copy of windows 10 automatically activate later using digital license.
  2. when windows 10 ready install, you’ll see recap of you’ve chosen, , kept through upgrade. select change keep set whether keep personal files , apps, or keep personal files only, or choose keep nothing during upgrade.
  3. save , close open apps , files may running, , when you’re ready, select install.
  4. it might take time install windows 10, , pc restart few times. make sure don’t turn off pc.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
