hi,

based on symptoms provided, sounds ipv6 enabled on wifi adapter causes network issues you're experiencing. resolve concern, let's disable ipv6 on windows 10 device , check if works. this:

  • click start, , click control panel.
  • click network , sharing center.
  • in view active networks area, click local area connection, , click properties.
  • on networking tab, clear internet protocol version 6 (tcp/ipv6) check box, , click ok.
  • once ipv6 has been disabled, restart device , router changes take effect.

importantinternet protocol version 6 (ipv6) mandatory part of windows. not recommend disable ipv6 or components. if do, windows components may not function. additionally, system startup delayed 5 seconds if ipv6 disabled incorrectly.

let know if need further assistance.
