Funny characters in Windowd Live Mail messages - Microsoft Community

when incoming mail in windows live mail has quotation marks, apostrophes, etc, don't show correctly.  neither print out correctly.  example "we've" looks this:   "we’ve"

is there cure this?

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
