whenever right click on desktop , take cursor new.

i don't know why file explorer restarts on own.

 can me solve please?

p.s operation system windows 10 version 1703 (os build 15063.540)

issue you're experiencing file explorer might due variety of reasons. 1 of due corrupted system files.

being said, let's run following methods troubleshooting:

method 1 -windows app troubleshooter
find , repair problems windows applications.

method 2 - windows file , folder troubleshooter
automatically diagnose , repair windows file , folder problems.

method 3 - create administrator account.
let's observe if issue persist on new administrator account. let know if issue account specific issue.

method 4 - boot pc safe mode.
starting pc in safe mode can troubleshoot problems on pc while using limited set of files , drivers. here's how:

  1. press windows + i key keyboard launch settings.
  2. select update & security, recovery.
  3. click restart now button under advanced startup.
  4. select troubleshoot when choose option screen.
  5. select advanced options, startup settings.
  6. click restart.
  7. select 4 or press f4 key keyboard after pc restarts start pc in safe mode.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
