Windows 10 Enterprise update week of September 11, 2017 corrupted AMD - Microsoft Community

 a windows 10  enterprise update caused dell mobile workstation laptop go famous black  screen.  dell precision m6600 amd radeon hd 6900 m series video card.

i have been running windows 10 enterprise on laptop more 3 years no issues , excellent graphics.

windows 10 enterprise update week of september 11, 2017 corrupted amd video driver.

i have reinstalled windows twice , windows work in safe mode.  can go amd web site, use drive removal tools, , windows work basic microsoft windows drivers.  although, screens (like main windows 10 screens of pictures @ startup) have green , blue vertical bands @ center of screen , on far right side.  cannot send screen shot of issue because found when screen capture, go paint , paste screen shot , save jpeg, looks fine in lines there.  when send file , view working windows 10 laptop, lines no longer appear.  rendering issue.

after each reinstall of windows 10, when updates step, system end @ black screen.  have repeated twice , therefore,  amd driver not compatible latest windows 10 updates.

i have contacted amd , contact microsoft or dell.  have contacted dell, , contact amd or microsoft.

what microsoft tell me?

what options?

hi,

there possibility current version of graphics driver not compatible latest update. suggest checking manufacturer's website updated driver , see if issue still persist. @ same time, recommend seeking assistance community experts , pros use windows 10 enterprise , may have encountered same issue microsoft technet forum.

have simple wireless mouse , has worked fine in past sudden freezes when ever move it working fije second after stops in place , moves , , fustrating have deleted device manager deleted drivers rolled previous driver , removed settings , still lags , stops in place fix's? hi david, since you've reinstalled , rolled mouse driver, possible sensor of mouse broken. have tried using mouse on other pcs no problem? we'll looking forward reply. regards.
