Third-party VPN client stops Internet connectivity in Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

there issue regarding vpn client in windows 7, , hotfix it, have met same problem in windows 10 latest updates @ moment, , fix doesn’t work it.

also, thoroughly googled internet, microsoft websites, in search of solution, didn’t find any. didn’t find way report issue directly ms representatives, community.

can here suggest how fix problem, apart rolling windows 7 , applying aforementioned hotfix?
