there lot of factors matter occur. 1 factor outdated drivers camera. isolate issue, have questions you: 

 

  1. were there changes made before issue occurred? 

  2. does face recognition works before? 

  3. have checked latest driver update available on manufacturer's website? 

  4. what troubleshooting steps have done far?
