Error 19 on real tek audio after windows creators update installed - Microsoft Community

hi all,

my sound working fine , moment creators update installed v1703 audio stopped.

device manager has exclamation mark on real tek audio , has 

windows cannot start hardware device because configuration information (in registry) incomplete or damaged. (code 19)

as error.

i have uninstalled , restarted, uninstalled , installed motherboard site. uninstalled , reinstalled latest real tek site , same error.

does know fix happend after update.

even latest real tek driver did not work.

in end blocked windows updating drivers.

i disabled real tek device, updated driver choosing specific driver, picked generic hd. , sound started working again

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community

have simple wireless mouse , has worked fine in past sudden freezes when ever move it working fije second after stops in place , moves , , fustrating have deleted device manager deleted drivers rolled previous driver , removed settings , still lags , stops in place fix's? hi david, since you've reinstalled , rolled mouse driver, possible sensor of mouse broken. have tried using mouse on other pcs no problem? we'll looking forward reply. regards.
