windows 10 photo viewer "share" function not working on acer aspire switch 10e. consistently message "something went wrong "share". try again later"

old photo viewer app or new photos app?

if photos app, try resetting it.
open start > settings > apps > apps & features
scroll down photos
select
click advanced options
click reset

restart

check store updates

try sharing again.
