how decrease size of photo in windows 10 under "your info" in account settings fits circle?

hi sue,

the size of profile picture depends on size of actual photo. can adjust border of photos create bigger profile picture space using preferred graphic editing software.

note: don't resize picture, instead add space on canvass.

don't hesitate post should have other concerns.
