"CRITICAL PROCESS DIED" Blue Screen - Microsoft Community


hello

i bought lenovo flex 5-1470 laptop in june instantly fell in love with.  then mid-august, experienced first ever blue screen in years of using versions of windows on tobisha, asus , hp laptops.  i left blue screen each time awaiting automatic restart promised when information had been collected (that happened twice).  i had end hard starting , reset laptop factory each time.  i contacted lenovo via chat feature (which can't onto now) , advice of course reset.  a month ago, contacted lenovo again , got same reset advice.  in frustration packed , put away , have been using daughter's old macbook since then.  but, i'm windows girl @ heart decided fire flex 5 last night try make media recovery disk clean reinstall, successful.  euphoria!!!  it went away in 30 minutes after clean reinstall - "critical process died".  

can advise me please?  i run express vpn , bit defender (i did message bit defender , said software should not be) - can these causing conflict?  i'm not super technical try figure things out if find clear step step instructions.
