Maple 2017.3 won't launch - Microsoft Community

i've had problem program won't launch. whenever click icon, looks it's load second, , nothing happens. i've been trying uninstall both maple , java, nothing seems work.

i've tried download new jre folder , insert in original maple 2017 folder , renaming it, didn't seem work either.

i'm kinda in rush working again since have use in studies. have kind of idea on how solve problem.

corrupted software or incompatible update can caused program not work properly. provide appropriate resolution, know more concern. kindly answer questions below:

  • is issue happening on other programs or specific program alone?
  • were there changes made on device prior issue such recent update or installed program?
  • are getting error messages when try launch program?
  • which device using access program?

to isolate issue, recommend trying access program in user account. here's how create user account in windows 10. if issue not persist on new user account, can due corrupted user profile.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
