keyboard issue on numlock - Microsoft Community

hi there,

my microsoft keyboard numlock not working, read issue when computer in windows 10, thought manufacturer's issue , did not bother return. bought 1 last week , still encounter same issue.

please assist.

tell more keyboard issue. microsoft keyboard using? have tried updating or reinstalling keyboard drivers? describe happening when you're turning on numlock key. not turn on @ all?
